HOUSE RULES:

RENTAL TIME
Client’s rental time begins and ends at the scheduled time. Late clients will be charged accordingly. Narra Studios allows 30 minutes before the scheduled time for ingress and 30 minutes after for egress. Clients who go 30 minutes past the scheduled end time will be automatically charged an additional hourly rate.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY
Client agrees that Narra Studios shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damage, injury, or loss to the client or their belongings while on the premises. All persons and activities within Narra Studios may be video recorded for security purposes.

DAMAGE
Client is responsible for any damage to Narra Studios’ property or equipment during their booking. Damage fees will vary depending on the extent of the damage.

PAYMENT
NARRA STUDIOS – Content Studio Under the Narra Tree

FIXTURES
Drilling or heavy modifications to the studio are not allowed. Clients must inform management in advance of any requested modifications.

EQUIPMENT & POWER CONSUMPTION
Narra Studios provides equipment in good working condition. Clients must immediately report any malfunction or damage. All external equipment must be approved by management prior to use, including kitchen, lounge, and white studio appliances. Additional fees may apply. A maximum combined load of 3200W for continuous lighting is allowed. Exceeding this limit requires the client to provide a generator set (GenSet).

STUDIO GUIDELINES
Smoking is not allowed inside the studio. Individuals under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances will not be admitted. Props or materials that are difficult to clean may incur an additional cleaning fee. A maximum of 12 persons is allowed on the second floor and 20 persons on the ground floor at any time.
