A content studio designed for brands, creators, and teams who value space, light, and flexibility. Located along Kalayaan Avenue, just outside BGC, our minimalist, air-conditioned studio offers a clean backdrop ready to transform into whatever your story needs it to be.

Need help bringing your concept to life? You can hire our in-house creative team as an add-on, including a photographer, content creator, or UGC specialist, to handle production from start to finish.

Studio Evolve – Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment
If you wish to extend your session, please message us first to confirm availability, as there may be another booking scheduled. Additional time will be charged at ₱600 per hour.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Date and time changes are not allowed within 48 hours of your scheduled booking.
If rescheduling is needed, please notify us as early as possible.

3. Studio Use
You may arrive up to 15 minutes before your scheduled booking to set up and stay up to 15 minutes after to pack down and clean. Please be mindful that going beyond this grace period may incur additional charges.
You are expected to leave the studio in the same condition it was found. Please clean up after your session and dispose of any trash properly.
Use of any items in the cupboards, kitchenette or fridge is strictly not allowed unless explicitly permitted by Studio Evolve. Please bring your own food, drinks, and supplies.
Any stains such as coffee, makeup, food or other marks found on furniture, curtains, or any part of the studio will be charged accordingly. These areas will be checked both before and after your session.
Any damages caused to the space, furniture, equipment, or props will be charged in full to the client. This includes the cost of replacement, repair, and compensation for loss of studio use (e.g. if an item is broken and affects bookings over the following days or weeks).
Studio Evolve reserves the right to withhold future bookings until payment for damages has been settled.

4. Equipment & Props
Studio-provided lighting, furniture, and props are for in-studio use only and must be handled with care.
Please do not drag, move, or disassemble furniture without assistance from our team. Any damages or losses will be charged accordingly.

5. Guest Limit & Conduct
The studio can comfortably accommodate up to 15 people at a time. Please keep noise to a reasonable level and be respectful of neighboring tenants.
Studio Evolve reserves the right to end any session immediately if guests behave in a disorderly, unsafe, or disrespectful manner.

6. Food, Drinks & Smoking
Food and drinks are only allowed in designated areas.
Smoking, vaping, and the use of open flames (including candles) are strictly prohibited inside the studio.

7. Use of Media
Studio Evolve reserves the right to document behind-the-scenes content within the space for marketing purposes, unless clients request otherwise in writing prior to their session.
Studio Evolve reserves the right to re-share or use any content posted on social media for their marketing purposes.

8. Lost & Left Items
Studio Evolve is not responsible for any personal items left behind after your session. Any unclaimed items after 7 days may be discarded.

9. Liability
Studio Evolve and its staff will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses that occur during your booking. Clients assume full responsibility for the safety of their team, guests, and belongings.
