Studio Conad offers a raw, minimalist, light-filled space — a blank canvas for your ideas. Whether you’re imagining, creating, or simply exploring, this is a space that leaves room for possibility.

Your booking includes:
•        Exclusive use of the entire studio.
•        Access to furniture, props, chargers, and a Google speaker.
•        Free bottled water and internet access.
•        Free parking access, but the parking slot must be reserved beforehand.

👤 Capacity: 6pax (If you need more, there is an additional fee of ₱100 per person) 

Booking Policy
Booking Time: Please arrive (15 minutes early) and leave within your reserved schedule.
Security Deposit: A ₱500 security deposit is required upon arrival. This is refundable after the session, provided the studio is checked and found free of damages or mess.
- Extended / Additional Hours: If you need extra time or get an overtime, extensions depend on availability and cost:
◦        Weekdays: ₱400 per hour
◦        Weekends: ₱600 per hour

Studio Guidelines
1.        CLAYGO (Clean As You Go): Tidy up after your session and return all props to their designated spots.
2.        Food Policy: Eating is allowed, but must be kept within the designated area.
3.        Floor Care: Protect the flooring by avoiding spills and dragging heavy objects.
4.        Handle With Care: Handle all studio items carefully.
5.        CCTV: A friendly reminder that CCTV is operating for studio safety.
Before Entering the Building:
•        Bring at least 1 valid ID for logging at the front desk. (Tip: Sending your ID ahead allows you to go straight to the lounge upon arrival).
•        For your reserved parking slot, tell the guard ""CONAD"" or inform the studio 10 minutes before arriving at the building.
