• Located on the 4th floor (no elevator, not wheelchair accessible)
• Street parking available, must be pre-arranged to avoid penalties
• Pets allowed (must be diapered)
• On-site custodian available
• Security deposit: ₱5,000 (cash only, refunded in cash)
- Additional 10% night differential fee per hour, for bookings/extension beyond 6PM
