Studio Blanca is well-lit with ceiling lights and lamps, and comes with tiled kitchen counters (WHITE TILES), chairs, stools, a fridge, induction stove, microwave oven, and basic kitchen equipment. The space is air-conditioned, spacious, and has good acoustics for clear audio recording. Clean restrooms, drinking water, and a plain wide wall make it a flexible set for both cooking and non-kitchen shoots.

Studio Rules (All Studios)

• Located on the 4th floor (no elevator, not wheelchair accessible)
• Street parking available, must be pre-arranged to avoid penalties
• Pets allowed (must be diapered)
• On-site custodian available
• Security deposit: ₱5,000 (cash only, refunded in cash)
- Additional 10% night differential fee per hour, for bookings/extension beyond 6PM
