In addition to the spacious studio and workspace, the followings are also available for use with the reservation.

HMU Space (8-10 pax)

A spacious hair-and-makeup preparation area that comfortably accommodates 8–10 people. Ideal for styling teams and talents to get ready before a shoot, with enough room for mirrors, lighting, and makeup stations.

Lounge Space (10-12pax)

A relaxed waiting and resting space that fits 10–12 people. Perfect for clients, crew, or talents to unwind between takes, enjoy refreshments, or hold casual meetings in a comfortable environment.

Office Space (5 pax)

A first-come, first-served compact and private workspace for up to five people. Perfect for production meetings, paperwork, or quick briefings away from the main shoot area.

Studio Rules

Booking & Time
-Please arrive on time. Set-up and pack-up must be done within your booked schedule.
-Overtime will be charged accordingly.

2. Cleanliness
-Clean as you go.
-Handle all studio gear with care; damages will be charged at replacement cost.

3. Food & Drinks
-Food and drinks are allowed only in designated lounge or dining areas.
-Dispose of trash properly.

4. Ask for assistance 
-Use only the equipment you booked or have permission to use.
-Do not move heavy furniture or backdrops without staff assistance.

5. Safety & Respect
-No smoking, vaping, or open flame inside the studio.
-Respect all staff, talents, and fellow clients.
-Children and pets must be supervised at all times.

7. Security & Privacy
-The studio is not liable for lost or unattended personal belongings, especially items that are not placed in the Studio Lost & Found box.

8. Payments & Cancellations
-Full payment (or required deposit) must be settled after the shoot.

Note: Our caretakers are also available to help maintain the studio during your stay.
