* No smoking inside the premises
* Alcoholic beverages are allowed with prior approval — no excessive drinking or unruly behavior will be tolerated
* Children must be supervised at all times
* Keep noise at a respectful level; no loud music or disruptive sounds after 10 PM
* Use equipment and furniture with care; any damages will be charged accordingly
* Overtime charges apply if you go beyond your reserved time 
* Dispose of trash properly — bins are provided
* Do not attach or hang anything on walls or mirrors without permission
* Return the space to its original condition after use
