HUGO STUDIO HOUSE RULES & GUIDELINES:

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly ask all clients to follow the rules below:

1. Strict Time Policy (Ingress & Egress)

* Ingress (setup) and egress (pack-down) must strictly be within your booked time slot.
* All setup, event proper, and cleanup must be completed within the reserved hours.
* Overtime charges will automatically apply beyond the agreed booking time.

2. Cleanliness & Waste Management

* Clients are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the venue during and after the event.
* All trash must be picked up and disposed of properly in designated bins.
* Clients are required to pick up and dispose of their own trash before egress.
* All decorations, props, catering materials, and personal items must be removed after the event.
* Excessive mess, stains, spills, or garbage left behind may result in additional cleaning charges.

3. Respect for Staff & Studio Property

* Please treat Hugo Studio staff with courtesy and respect at all times.
* Any damage to studio property, furniture, equipment, walls, floors, or fixtures will be charged accordingly.
* Furniture may be rearranged but must be returned to its original placement before egress.

4. Outside Suppliers & Corkage Policy

* Hugo Studio offers trusted in-house suppliers and add-ons for your convenience.
* If clients choose to bring in outside suppliers instead of our in-house suppliers and add-ons, a ₱1,000 corkage fee per outside supplier will apply.
* All external suppliers must coordinate with Hugo Studio management prior to the event schedule.

5. Proper Conduct & Event Responsibility

* Clients are responsible for the behavior of their guests and suppliers.
* Any illegal activity, misconduct, or damage to the property may result in immediate termination of the event without refund.

 6. Personal Belongings

* Hugo Studio will not be held liable for any lost, stolen, or unattended personal belongings.
