The Digitank Space Lounge offers a comfortable and versatile 50 sqm area that can accommodate up to 30 people. Designed for both relaxation and creativity, it features sofas and modern fixtures that can also serve as props or a secondary shooting area. The lounge is fully air-conditioned and equipped with a working kitchen, refrigerator, and coffee machine—making it the perfect spot for client meetings, talent breaks, or casual collaboration between shoots.

Digitank Space – Terms of Use and Policy Guidelines
1. Reservation and Payment
A 50% retainer fee is required to reserve the studio and any rental items for your scheduled date.
The retainer will be applied to the final balance, which must be fully settled on or before the rental date.
A reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of both the signed rental agreement and the retainer payment.
The retainer fee is non-refundable.
2. Permitted Use
The studio may only be used for legal photography, videography, and production activities.
Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited inside the building. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
The Renter must comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, and safety regulations during their stay.
3. Arrival and Departure
Rental time includes setup and cleanup, as stated in this agreement.
Renters must arrive and vacate the studio within the reserved schedule.
Additional time will be charged at ₱1,500 per hour (or fraction thereof) beyond the agreed rental period.
Extensions are subject to studio availability and management approval.
4. Respect and Conduct
The Renter (or representative) must be present at all times during the rental period.
Activities must remain within the studio premises only.
Please respect neighboring tenants by maintaining reasonable noise levels.
The studio must be left clean and orderly, with all trash properly disposed of before departure.
5. Studio and Equipment Use
Digitank Space guarantees the studio and facilities are in good working condition but makes no specific guarantees regarding their suitability for the Renter’s particular purpose.
The Renter may use all studio areas, including the lounge, pantry, private office, lighting equipment, props, and furniture available at the time of rental.
The Studio is not liable for interruptions or circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to power outages, internet disconnection, weather conditions, emergencies, or Acts of God.
Renters must immediately report any damage, malfunction, or issues encountered with any studio equipment or facilities.
All studio items must be returned to their original condition and arrangement after use.
6. Damage and Liability
The Renter is fully responsible for any loss or damage to the studio, furniture, equipment, or facilities caused by themselves, their guests, crew, or clients.
Any repair or replacement costs must be settled within three (3) business days of notice.
The Studio assumes no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property of the Renter or any third party.
In case of accidents or property damage, the Renter must submit a written incident report detailing the occurrence, including any relevant police report and witness information if applicable.
7. Documentation Requirements
Before the start of rental, the following must be submitted:
Signed Studio Rental Agreement
Proof of deposit/payment
Valid government-issued ID of the Renter
8. Studio Access and Inspection
Digitank Space reserves the right to inspect the studio and equipment at any time during the rental period.
Renters must allow access for studio representatives to ensure compliance with terms and safety protocols.
Any violation of these Terms of Use may result in immediate revocation of access without refund or liability to the Studio.
9. Refund Policy
All refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed by management.
No refunds will be granted for unused time or equipment once booked and delivered.
10. General Provisions
The Renter shall use the premises solely for photography, videography, or similar creative activities.
Digitank Space reserves the right to amend policies at any time to ensure the safety, integrity, and quality of the studio environment.
Signing this document signifies that the Renter has read, understood, and agreed to all the above terms and conditions. A 50% retainer is required to reserve the studio and rental items on the event date. The retainer will be applied to the final bill, and the balance will be due on or before the date of your rental. The date and studio/rental items are not reserved until the retainer and signed rental agreement are submitted to and received by the Studio. The retainer is non-refundable. The studio may be used for legal business activities only. There is NO SMOKING or ALCOHOL in the building. Smoking is allowed outside the building. 
       

ARRIVE AND LEAVE ON TIME
The lease shall start and end as outlined in this Agreement; set-up and clean-up time must take place during hours outlined in this Agreement.
An hourly charge of 1,500 per hour will be applied for each additional hour that extends beyond rental terms, as outlined in this Agreement.

BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBORS
       
• Be present at all times during the rental.
• Keep the event or session contained within the studio.
• Clean up trash or other items on the premises before leaving.       

STUDIO & EQUIPMENT SUPPLIED:
        
The Studio agrees to provide the studio in good working order but makes no unique guarantees as said studios functionality or suitability to Renter’s purposes. 
       

The Renter is entitled to use the entire studio, lounge, pantry, private office, lighting equipment, props and any furniture in the studio at the time of rental. The Studio is not liable for acts out of control that affect the shoot, such as power outages, internet disconnection, weather, emergencies, or Acts of God. Renter agrees to return all equipment, studio, and furniture in the condition it was provided and to immediately notify the Studio of any damage, failure, or change in equipment provided. 
       

DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT, FURNITURE, OR STUDIO:
        
Renter agrees to pay for any repair or replacement costs of equipment, furniture, or studio Renter damages within three business days. If the Renter’s employees, contractors, clients, or any Renter's visitors damage any equipment or studio, the Renter agrees to pay for any repairs or replacements necessary within 3 business days. The renter agrees to leave the studio in the condition it was found. The Renter agrees that the Studio holds no liability for any damage or injury caused by use of rental items to the Renter or any third party. The Renter assumes all risk of personal property damage or personal injury. If any accident involving the Studio's rental items has occurred while it is in the Renter's possession, Renter shall make the Studio aware by a written statement of details of the occurrence of the event police report and names and addresses of witnesses, if applicable.

        

Use of the studio requires the following in advance:
        
• Signed Studio Rental Agreement
        
• Proof of Payment of Deposit
        
• Renter’s government ID


       
The premises are to be used for a photography/videography studio, including such activities as are necessary and usually incidental to such use. The Studio shall have the right to inspect the equipment, studio, and furniture during the rental term. The renter shall make any arrangements necessary to permit a representative of the Studio access to the equipment and studio. Suppose a breach of any of the provisions of the Rental Agreement occurs. In that case, the Studio has the right to revoke Renter's access to the equipment and studio without any liability to and without prejudice to the Studio, the right to receive rent due or accrued to and including the revocation date. 

Refund requests must be made in writing and will be responded to promptly by management. No refund will be approved if equipment, furniture, or a studio is ordered and delivered but not used.
