📌 House Rules 
        - A complete list of shoot attendees should be provided before the scheduled shoot date. Only those on the list will be allowed to enter the studio.
All guests should adhere to the mandated minimum Health and Safety protocols.
         - There is a designated stand-by area for the studio guests. Avoid loitering outside the studio property and remain within studio premises at all times.
Smoking within the studio premises is strictly prohibited.
         - Noise shall be managed since the studio is located in a residential area. Should there be a requirement that needs loud sound for audio recording, please inform us ahead of time so we can coordinate to all concerned accordingly. A studio representative is present during the shoot to assist you.
         - The studio is not yet fully soundproof. You may conduct live sound recording at your own perusal.
        - The studio should be left cleaned after each shoot. Please use the designated trash cans in each area of the studio.
        - Avoid or refrain from leaning, or any activities that may leave dirt marks, stains or damages on the white matte walls and other white surfaces. Let us help maintain the cleanliness of the white surfaces.
         - Client assumes responsibility for any damage done to the studio and its contents, occurring as the result of using the facility, including the damages done by the studio attendees.
         - Client accepts to replace the product at equal or higher value with additional cost for the following matters: Wall, floor and accessory damages will cost P2,000.00. Furniture and equipment damages and stains will cost P5,000.00. Damages that would require the whole item replaced will cost the actual value plus P5,000.00 indemnity fee. (Damage cost may vary upon careful assessment and agreeable terms of both parties)
