INDOOR AC SPACE @ Élevé, a Creative Space

Élevé: A Creative Space is a 100 sqm creative venue where people can dance, create art, or host intimate events. If you can visualize it—and the capacity fits—we can make it happen. We strive to be a flexible and welcoming space for all kinds of creative and social activities.

Our fully air-conditioned indoor area comfortably fits 15–20 people and is equipped with full-body mirrors, speakers, and lighting, perfect for classes, rehearsals, or small gatherings.

The space also includes a clean, well-kept restroom for renters’ convenience, and the entire building is CCTV-secured on all floors for safety and peace of mind.

Parking is limited, but street parking is allowed. The building that houses Élevé is located near the subdivision entrance and is within walking distance from the highway.

HOUSE RULES:

     1. Do not lean on the glass walls for your safety and to preserve our space. 
     2. Before taping and pinning props or decorations on the walls, kindly approach us first. We’re happy to assist you to setup.
     3. No eating or drinks in cups inside the studio.
     4. Bottled water is allowed. Please dispose of your trash properly.
     5. Outdoor, roofed seating is available if you wish to eat or take breaks.
     6. You are welcome to wait inside the studio during your child’s session. However, during high-traffic classes, we may kindly request you to wait in our outdoor roofed area to give students and instructors enough space to move.
     7. Please be on time. For rentals and sessions, time starts counting from the reserved schedule—even in case of late arrival.
     8. A ₱300 non-refundable down payment is required to confirm a booking. This will be deducted from the total rental fee.
     9. Balance must be paid in full on or before the date of use.
     10. Clean up after use—this includes returning chairs, tables, art materials, phone holder, and props to their proper places.
     11. A restroom is available inside the studio for your convenience. Always keep the restroom’s door closed and maintain cleanliness in using.
