Studio Guidelines:
- The rental time shall start exactly as booked. Ingress and egress should be part of your reservation hours. Extensions will incur additional hourly fees. 
- No props/products/perishables should be left in the studio after your shoot. 
- Customers will be liable for any damage to studio and equipment.
- There can only be a maximum of 10 people allowed in the studio.
- Pets are allowed, but please supervise them especially around studio equipment.
- Food and drinks are allowed, but please make sure to follow CLAYGO to avoid any spills or accidents.
- The studio will not be liable for any loss or damage to customers' belongings.
- Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Found Studios from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of third-party claims resulting from the party's actions or omissions.
