Co-Working Lounge Hotdesk @ Beanspace

Your own space, at your own pace. Clients can enjoy the cozy, vibrant, and inspiring Beanspace general areas on a first come, first serve basis from 7am to 12mn. 

Our co-working lounge features various work set-ups for your needs, including collaborative booths with whiteboards, semi sound-proof phone booths, large wooden office tables with charging ports, high tables, and comfy lounge areas. 

Each plan comes with unlimited high-speed internet, charging, and instant coffee, tea, and water. 

Our space is fully airconditioned, wheelchair accessible, and has gender neutral toilets.

First come, first serve free parking is available at The Shire Commonwealth.

We offer lockers for a ₱100 deposit (Until end of visit only, limited availability). 

We also offer 20% student discounts (must present an active student ID to avail) as well as discounted bundles. Check them out!

Clients who avail of day passes (hour, half-day, whole day) may only use the space until closing time. Day passes do not carry over to the next day.

House Rules:

1, Everyone is welcome at Beanspace! Please present a valid ID upon entry, and use the space only within your allotted time. Re-entry is permitted, but your usage time will not be frozen.
2. We build community in our shared space. The open spaces are used on a first-come, first-serve basis; be open to sharing a space with someone who might need it. If you’ve made a reservation for the Conference Rooms or Self-Photo Studio, please present your confirmation details. 
3. Let's help one another stay productive and keep noise to a minimum. Please use enclosed and semi-enclosed spaces for meetings.
4. Clients are allowed to bring outside food and drinks. To maintain a clean and odor-free environment for all clients, please avoid bringing in food with strong odors and practice CLAYGO (clean as you go).  
5. Please steward our community space by making room for others and practicing CLAYGO.
6. Please handle all equipment with care, and ask for assistance when needed (especially for electronics!). Breakages due to mishandling will be charged to the client.
7. Protect your digital footprint! Refrain from accessing insecure or inappropriate websites, and access private information at your own risk.
8. Be mindful of your belongings. Beanspace will not be held responsible for any losses or damages.
9. We are committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for all individuals. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards violence and discrimination of any kind. We reserve the right to refuse service and/or remove any individual from our premises who engages in violent or discriminatory behavior towards our patrons, staff, or any other person within our establishment.
