Permitted Use\u003cbr\u003eThe studio may only be used for legal photography, videography, and production activities.\u003cbr\u003eSmoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited inside the building. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.\u003cbr\u003eThe Renter must comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, and safety regulations during their stay.\u003cbr\u003e3. Arrival and Departure\u003cbr\u003eRental time includes setup and cleanup, as stated in this agreement.\u003cbr\u003eRenters must arrive and vacate the studio within the reserved schedule.\u003cbr\u003eAdditional time will be charged at ₱1,500 per hour (or fraction thereof) beyond the agreed rental period.\u003cbr\u003eExtensions are subject to studio availability and management approval.\u003cbr\u003e4. Respect and Conduct\u003cbr\u003eThe Renter (or representative) must be present at all times during the rental period.\u003cbr\u003eActivities must remain within the studio premises only.\u003cbr\u003ePlease respect neighboring tenants by maintaining reasonable noise levels.\u003cbr\u003eThe studio must be left clean and orderly, with all trash properly disposed of before departure.\u003cbr\u003e5. Studio and Equipment Use\u003cbr\u003eDigitank Space guarantees the studio and facilities are in good working condition but makes no specific guarantees regarding their suitability for the Renter’s particular purpose.\u003cbr\u003eThe Renter may use all studio areas, including the lounge, pantry, private office, lighting equipment, props, and furniture available at the time of rental.\u003cbr\u003eThe Studio is not liable for interruptions or circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to power outages, internet disconnection, weather conditions, emergencies, or Acts of God.\u003cbr\u003eRenters must immediately report any damage, malfunction, or issues encountered with any studio equipment or facilities.\u003cbr\u003eAll studio items must be returned to their original condition and arrangement after use.\u003cbr\u003e6. Damage and Liability\u003cbr\u003eThe Renter is fully responsible for any loss or damage to the studio, furniture, equipment, or facilities caused by themselves, their guests, crew, or clients.\u003cbr\u003eAny repair or replacement costs must be settled within three (3) business days of notice.\u003cbr\u003eThe Studio assumes no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property of the Renter or any third party.\u003cbr\u003eIn case of accidents or property damage, the Renter must submit a written incident report detailing the occurrence, including any relevant police report and witness information if applicable.\u003cbr\u003e7. Documentation Requirements\u003cbr\u003eBefore the start of rental, the following must be submitted:\u003cbr\u003eSigned Studio Rental Agreement\u003cbr\u003eProof of deposit\/payment\u003cbr\u003eValid government-issued ID of the Renter\u003cbr\u003e8. Studio Access and Inspection\u003cbr\u003eDigitank Space reserves the right to inspect the studio and equipment at any time during the rental period.\u003cbr\u003eRenters must allow access for studio representatives to ensure compliance with terms and safety protocols.\u003cbr\u003eAny violation of these Terms of Use may result in immediate revocation of access without refund or liability to the Studio.\u003cbr\u003e9. Refund Policy\u003cbr\u003eAll refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed by management.\u003cbr\u003eNo refunds will be granted for unused time or equipment once booked and delivered.\u003cbr\u003e10. General Provisions\u003cbr\u003eThe Renter shall use the premises solely for photography, videography, or similar creative activities.\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDigitank Space reserves the right to amend policies at any time to ensure the safety, integrity, and quality of the studio environment.\u003cbr\u003eSigning this document signifies that the Renter has read, understood, and agreed to all the above terms and conditions. A 50% retainer is required to reserve the studio and rental items on the event date. The retainer will be applied to the final bill, and the balance will be due on or before the date of your rental. The date and studio\/rental items are not reserved until the retainer and signed rental agreement are submitted to and received by the Studio. The retainer is non-refundable. The studio may be used for legal business activities only. There is NO SMOKING or ALCOHOL in the building. The Studio is not liable for acts out of control that affect the shoot, such as power outages, internet disconnection, weather, emergencies, or Acts of God. Renter agrees to return all equipment, studio, and furniture in the condition it was provided and to immediately notify the Studio of any damage, failure, or change in equipment provided. \u003cbr\u003e       \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT, FURNITURE, OR STUDIO:\u2028        \u003cbr\u003eRenter agrees to pay for any repair or replacement costs of equipment, furniture, or studio Renter damages within three business days. If the Renter’s employees, contractors, clients, or any Renter's visitors damage any equipment or studio, the Renter agrees to pay for any repairs or replacements necessary within 3 business days. The renter agrees to leave the studio in the condition it was found. The Renter agrees that the Studio holds no liability for any damage or injury caused by use of rental items to the Renter or any third party. The Renter assumes all risk of personal property damage or personal injury. If any accident involving the Studio's rental items has occurred while it is in the Renter's possession, Renter shall make the Studio aware by a written statement of details of the occurrence of the event police report and names and addresses of witnesses, if applicable.\u2028\u2028        \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eUse of the studio requires the following in advance:\u2028        \u003cbr\u003e• Signed Studio Rental Agreement\u2028        \u003cbr\u003e• Proof of Payment of Deposit\u2028        \u003cbr\u003e• Renter’s government ID\u2028\u2028        \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe premises are to be used for a photography\/videography studio, including such activities as are necessary and usually incidental to such use. The Studio shall have the right to inspect the equipment, studio, and furniture during the rental term. The renter shall make any arrangements necessary to permit a representative of the Studio access to the equipment and studio. Suppose a breach of any of the provisions of the Rental Agreement occurs. In that case, the Studio has the right to revoke Renter's access to the equipment and studio without any liability to and without prejudice to the Studio, the right to receive rent due or accrued to and including the revocation date. \u003cbr\u003e       \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eRefund requests must be made in writing and will be responded to promptly by management.
